Where
possible actual pictures of cars owned are used. In
case original pictures are too worn or not available,
file photos have been used to illustrate those cars owned
by the Davis Brothers and Daughter.
While doing business in
the Peoples Republic of China I had the opportunity of
being driven in a number of both Chinese and Russian
automobiles. I also had the experience of visiting
several Chinese automobile and truck manufacturing
facilities. I was invited to drive a truck off the
assembly line at the truck factory in Harbin. I also was
able to visit the sales facilities where I was able to closely
examine the vehicles being produced in China for both the
domestic market and for export.
